This was sooooo hard! Her face is extremely whited out in some of the shots because I wanted to get as pure a white without having to edit much in the bulk of the picture. (excuses excuses) I admit however that I did adjust the brightness of the background in most shots because eventually I got fed up with her face being all washed out. However, as difficult as it was, it was a lot of fun too!

I wanna play sims darnit! Ever since I started my full time job I've had zero time to play and it's really driving me crazy. I had more free time when I was in school and that baffles me. My weekend is just about over and since I need to get up at 5am I'm not about to start the game up now. I wanna see how Christina's kidlets turn out and it's driving me bonkers! *whines*

I have enough pictures for at least 1 small update to the Anthilia's but I haven't even had time to resize them yet. I would love to say I'll get them up within the week but I doubt it's going to happen since next weekend is jam packed already. *sigh* Don't forget me while I'm being a boring grown up my lovely simmers. Once at uni one of the first things Coreen does is chat up the furry. I wonder if I should start worrying...

All the dormies were fairly hideous but finally this gem walked by. Too bad no one was there to greet her. Stupid classes.

Off to a brilliant start. Christina isn't exactly the best at taking care of herself.

From furries to semi-transparent dormies. Coreen can't you talk to anyone normal? Possibly?

Meanwhile Christina apparently is taking a different approach to making friends. o_O

After ages and ages the Anthilia family is finally making it's return! Between finishing my last semester at the local community college, a major area wide job hunt, and a new computer I am finally finding a little time to get a new update up. Finals are this week and my new job starts next week but for now, I bring you the Anthilia's!

Since it's been so long, and there are a few changes to the legacy, let's reintroduce the gang as they stand now.

Angel Juan Anthilia... the generation 5 heir (with the computer move Weetzie ended up being left behind, oops!)

Amy Anthilia - Angel Juan's partner.

The oldest of the 3 kidlets, Coreen. As you may or may not be able to tell... there are a whole bunch of pictures missing between the last update and this one. I apologize.

And right off the bat... birthdays!

Christina turned out quite cute I think.

And Astaroth has a big nose and biiig lips. Let's hope he grows into them.

Twas Coreen's birthday as well but she was asleep when the others were blowing out their candles.

A little odd but not too bad really.

The ballet bar quickly became one of Coreen's favorite things.

This current challenge at slapdash_sims had me doing alot of thinking trying to decide who or what Breena should dress up as. At first I was going to have her dress as River from the Firefly series but then I decided I really wanted Breena to break away from the meekness she portrays most of the time so I went... a bit crazy.

For this round Breena is dressed as a mord-sith. If you know what that is then you and I should really be friends, if not, well, long story short, they're kick ass women who were "broken" at a very young age and taught terrible and violent things. Their weapon is their agiel, a red leather rod that causes severe pain with just a touch. They are the protectors of their Lord Rahl and would willingly die before being disloyal to him. If you want to know more I seriously suggest you read the "Sword of Truth" series by Terry Goodkind. Or you could always wait until october when the tv series is set to start airing on tv, but, I suggest the books.

Anyway, onto the pictures!

And lastly... while some may not be very happy with me but, the Anthilia and Tudyk legacies are no more *hides* I got a new computer and neglected to transfer my existing neighborhoods when I installed the game on here. I'm looking for someone to make me a red rod that my teen female sim can hold (or that will give the impression of being held)... Something like the hammer from Rose but without the hammer head part. Just the handle. Not something like a wand but a rod... shorter and fatter... does that make sense? I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you understand these pictures. But just in case... the first pictures are of Breena in the modern world as she appears now, the other pictures are of Breena in the atlantian palace she grew up in, which now is in ruins, looking the way she appeared while in her homeland of Atlantis.

I focused mostly on the eyes since they change depending on her setting. I thought this challenge was a good opportunity for Breena to return to her roots.

Also, I want to let everyone know what's going on with my legacies at the moment. I have not abandoned the Anthilias or the Tudyks, it's just that since the new semester started up I've been busier than before since last semester was pretty much a cake walk and this one, not so much. And on top of it this computer is slowly dying an agonizing and painful death so starting the game up takes forever. I'll be getting a new computer before too long though as a birthday/graduation gift from my dad so hopefully the excrutiatingly slow start up will be gone and I'll be able to play more often.

I just had an interesting phone call from the executive director of the Ottawa branch of the Allergy and Enviromental Health Association. I had made a poster about MCS for a challenge at slapdash_sims and somehow they saw it. They asked for my permission to use it in a presentation they're doing. Can't say I was expecting this. Also they're dedicating it to my mom, which, is wonderful.
